We were trying to transfer from a Goa flight to an international flight. Security would not let us through checkpoints because we only had a summary of our itinerary which said GOI to MCT with nothing about BOM and way to give them what they needed to see. By the time we got through our flight had left. Then we were trapped in the arrivals area. The wifi didn’t seem to work and there is no way to get more details of our flights.
The security guards are not useful at all for finding a way to make a tight connection. I ended up booking a new flight and hotel. I’ve lost 75,000 because of this.
