I had booked flight from Bombay to Toronto with transit of 2 stops at Munich & Frankfurt. It was flight connection, where I don’t need to go through immigration in Munich or Frankfurt, it was regular international transfer. When I went to check in , staff told me you need visa for Germany, you can not travel through without visa, they didn’t check me in & told me to reschedule my flight because I don’t have a visa for Germany. I had explained them I am transit through international airport where I don’t need to go out of airport or immigration in Germany. But they stick with their side that I need visa & didn’t check me in, then I have to reschedule my flight. That cost me around $700 additional over my purchased flight ticket of $1300. Additional I have to travel from Pune to Bombay, Back & forth.
I need to file legal action regarding staff & refund for hassle I got & cost I have to bare for reschedule my flight.
