After I booked the prepaid taxi from the prepaid taxi counter then I went to alloted taxi driver and showed the receipt he demanded extra fee for taking me to the destination where it was not shown I told him I will go only on my destination he told nothing there after when it was reaching to my destination he suddenly I will not take any further turn I told him to take where the destination was then he started to harass my family. Then after reaching destination he started to give abusive words to my family.
He demanded 100 rupess extra.

Tried to overcharge for prepaid taxi

I, Sujata Chettri, travelled from Bagdogra to Dubai via Mumbai on 1st January 2025. When I reached Mumbai Domestic Airport, I asked for the shuttle bus to go to Mumbai International Airport. The airport staff informed me that there were many passengers waiting and the bus service would only be available after half an hour, so they suggested that I take a taxi.
I hired a Mumbai Airport taxi to travel from the domestic terminal to the international terminal and I was charged Rs. 1780. I believe this fare was overcharged, and the taxi driver was very rude in his behavior.
