I was in immense pain and needed wheelchair assistance and was travelling alone. In the international check in counters, no one knew where the Air India check in was, I had to hobble around for 10 minutes before I could locate the wheelchair assistance .
Unable to find a check in counter
- CUSTOMER NOT TREATED WELL
- No pickup point. Harassment by airport parking staff. Exhorbitant charge Rs 270/-
