Many travellers having connecting international flights. We are waiting for inter terminal transport services from 17:30 to 19:00 but no bus available. Who will be responsible for any passengers missing flight.
We got bus at 19:00 and staff was very dull there are working very slowly and driver changing the shift on the way. All passengers has been harassed by mumbai AAI services.
