We flew SQ 424 to Mumbai on 15th April,23. My son parked the car in P6 & to exit the parking it took us no less than 15 minutes. The slabs for parking rates have been designed to exploit the passengers. The first slab 0-30 mts , the fee is Rs 250. And the next slab 30-120 mat is Rs 350. We lost a good amount of time in the queue because of the slow & manual check out. Also, the first slab she be 0-60 Mrs given the slow process of manual transaction of taking the entry slip, calculating the time & then the amount. Mumbai being the financial capital of India, our airports need to be world class & quick in & out of the vehicles is a big part of that. Looking forward to a quick resolution
Overcharging of parking in the T2 parking lot
It’s an official Extortion racket if you need to park at T2…Adani has not left any option to fleece if you get a personal pickup from Mumbai T2…the 30min time is inevitably exceeded and end up paying 360/- each time … exorbitant rates.
By the way, the rates for cabs as well are higher as they need to recover the extortion for parking at their end as well.
Don’t think it was this bad during GVK…
parked cars at P6 , firstly have to search for parking , then while Exiting P6 there was a traffic jam , it’s a premium parking and not a single personal to clear the jam , after going on top podiums again there huge que ,and they charged us 370 rs for exceeding 4 mins. Time wasted n long que which is not our fault Previous P6 exit was better . Every time the cost exceeds 250 ,this is cheating design of the airport. I tell everyone not take cars at the airport. Plz replace the incompetent staff because always there is que at payment exit.
