After issue of borading pass on counter on 20th april 2024,vistara staff named gagan sharma(said by him,didnt check id)called him manager,asked staff to check cabin bagaege which came 3kgs more than allowed then he took my boarding pass.i threw away my extra bagage in dustbin ,so he wasnt happy he challanged me and threatend me and misbehaved (he was continiosuly doing with prvious passanger)that he will make me pay anyhow,then he insturcted staff to put me in some red list so when i reached aircraft ,staff there again checked me.
Very poor staff behavious,frequently travelled in indigo,staff is much more better than vistara.
