We have booked wheelchair assistance with Lufthansa airlines for both the passengers, of course it is free of charge with all airlines, still those workers at airport charged 1200 Rs per person by putting pressure. They are not even responding.
I had to pay 2400 RS to them for the free of charge service.

- Charged Extra for prepaid taxi and dropped away from the location.
