She was in personal wheelchair at Najaf airport but on landing in Mumbai airport she was denied Assistance from aircraft seat and through the airport to the baggage claim area
She requested the airlines for payable wheelchair but was denied service.
Because of that she faced tremendous physical and mental stress.
I am raising this complaint and expect immediate action
