Wifi kiosk not working/ Empty information desks

one of the serious issue is that kiosk to get wifi passcode is not working at the Mumbai international airport. This causes a lot of difficulty to international passengers who have a local Indian number.
We cannot access airport wifi and have difficulty booking
There is no one at the information kiosk as well
