Dear Sir/Madam
Can you please look at improving the Wifi experience at mumbai airport for passengers.
India is a IT powerhouse and is doing well so cant the Airport Authority provide a simple easy to access service that works.
It asks for mobile number and we never receive any SMS codes. So as a result we dont get any password nor wifi internet access.
Can this be looked at please to improve this service as it is very beneficial to passengers on arrival who dont have a SIM card yet to have access to Wifi internet services to book things like taxi etc.
Also i believe such services are being charged for in the airport tax fee that all passengers pay as part of the tax so why cant this service be made available to all passengers in a simple manner. why is a mobile number needed?

I also experienced the same problem as described by Mallory Gracius today at Mumbai Chhatrapathi Shivaji International Airport Terminal 1.
I was not getting SMS on my BSNL Mobile.
But I saw people using their mobiles extensively (may be using other networks like Airtel, Jio, etc.)
As soon as I boarded the aircraft, I started receiving calls on my BSNL (after leaving Terminal complex)
It is understood, Adani Airport Authority have blocked BSNL network by jammers.
It is surprising that no action was taken after complaints made in April 24.
