Worst service by airport cab service – Shree Sai

I had booked a sedan car at the airport cab service – Shree Sai. After making the payment to them they gave me a receipt & asked me to wait. After 10mins they told me that my car is ready outside at the taxi pickup point Zone E. I went there and showed them the receipt. They were eating food and asked me to wait. After 10mins they came to me & told me that they are my cab is coming. Even after 30mins car didnt arrive. I dialed the number mentioned on the receipt & he told me that the car is coming.. I had to wait as I had paid the money in advance at the airport counter. Then they tried to convince a cab driver from another company who was waiting in nearby zone.
I paid for sedan car and they arranged mini car. After leaving aiport check point they parked the car at a nearby place and discusssed about the money. He gave the driver some amount and it took 1hour for me to leave from the airport premise.
It was a worst experience.
