My Mother entered for check-in at Mumbai Airport, she was traveling Mumbai-Delhi-London-Dallas by British Airways. A lady from the ground staff gave the wrong information to my mother about the flight, when my sister talked on the phone, she said “Why do you come so early? Put an alarm and go to be.”
As per my knowledge, international traveling needs to come 3-4 hours before flight time.
She shouted at my mother that this kind of mental harassment could not be tolerated. She is an old lady she couldn’t do anything.
I need justice this kind of unprofessional people should be thrown out of the duty.
