Subject: Complaint Regarding Lost Baby Stroller – Flight IR811 (Dec 20, 2024)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally register a complaint regarding a lost item during my travel from Mumbai (BOM, Terminal 2) to Iran on Flight No. IR811, departing at 2:45 AM on Friday, December 20, 2024.

At the entrance of the plane, we were instructed to leave our baby’s stroller outside with the assurance that it would be handed back to us upon arrival at Iran Airport. However, upon reaching Iran Airport, we did not receive the stroller. After consulting with the Iran Airport Authority, we were informed that the stroller had not arrived and were advised to check with Mumbai Airport regarding its whereabouts.

The lost item is a blue Mee Mee stroller. For your reference, I have attached a photo of the stroller and the corresponding stroller tag with this email.

This stroller is essential for us, and its loss has caused significant inconvenience. I kindly request you to locate and return the stroller to us at the earliest. If the item cannot be located, I request appropriate compensation for its loss.
