Hi
I with family (3 +2 passengers) have travelled on 1st June 2024 from Bangkok (DMK) Don Mueang Airport Sat, 01 Jun, 2024, 07:50 PM by Flight no. SL-218 (Thai Lion Airline) AIRLINE PNR – EGAQRT.
We 3 from Maru family checked in 3 baggage on Don Mueang Airport. But at Mumbai airport we got only 2 bags on belt. One bag is not delivered having tag no SL 338156.
We filed a complaint with Thai Lion Airlines officials along with customs officials.
pls look into it on priority.
it seems that airline has missed to load, lots of baggage to mumbai through assigned flight
