Dear sir/madam,
I am writing behalf of one passenger group. They travel from Seychelles to Mumbai via Ethiopian airlines.
I have attached the ticket for reference.
They forget to collect their baggage from Mumbai international airport.
The problem is, since they are (6 people) traveling together and they forgotten in whose name the baggage was checked.
I have attached 2 persons luggage recipet for your reference.
So can you please let me know how we can get the our baggage back in our hand.
We don’t have any image of baggage but, it was square carton box and tape with NOBLE CON name. (Approximate size of box 400 x 400 x 400mm)
