Hello, My name is Kaiser Nath Patnaik and I have lost my MRI report in a Cover named “Lalchand Leeladevi Munoth Jain Medical Care” I was boarding flight from terminal 2 , gate D2, Ethiad Airways flight EY 239 at 21:30 hrs, Indian time. I lost my cover with MRI report inside it, while boarding.
My was flying to Abu Dhabi to board connecting flight to Dublin – EY45. Please help me find it and if found please guide how to retrieve my lost item. Thank you for the time and support. One of my friends from Bangalore can pick it up or it can be sent by post to their address in Bengalure.
