Dear Sir,
My mother Rama Kedia (Senior Citizen), who was travelling from Mumbai to Jaipur on 25th May 2024, from Air India Flight AI6011, from Terminal 2 of Chatrapati Shivaji Airport, Mumbai, forgot her purse at the Airport.
The Purse is ladies purse of white colour, in which there is a red pouch with some keys and bangles, one silver coin of 20 grms, some cash less than 1000 rupees and her Aadhar card : 9735 7289 0087
I have tried to reach out several times on the numbers 8879992371 & 9619050580, but there has been no response and I haven’t been able to speak with anyone and lodge my case.
I therefore urge you to kindly look into matter and provide necessary support.
