Subject: Complaint Regarding Lost Gray Colour Laptop Bag-pack and Personal Items.
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to report the loss of my Gray-Colour Medium Size Laptop bag-pack and its contents in a rush to board my BOM to GKP flight from Mumbai Airport.
Below are the details related to the incident:

- 25W White charger with gray cable

- 2 winter caps (Kid’s and elder)

5. Circumstances of Loss:
- Date and Time of Loss: 15/Dec/2024 14:50 (Approx)
- Location of Loss: Possibly at Security Check gate or IndiGo Inquiry Counter
- Details of Incident:
As I arrived 3 minutes late and the luggage check-in was closed, the manager at the Indigo helpdesk who allowed me to proceed for security check along with all my check-in bags.
I was traveling with my 5-year-old child and carrying three bags. In the anxiety and stress of my booking possibly being canceled or missing the flight, I was rushing to Gate 45B. In that rush and fear of missing the boarding, I might have accidentally forgotten to collect my backpack either from the security checkpoint or from the Indigo helpdesk, which I visited several times to request permission to board the flight.
To the best of my recollection, the bag was possibly left at one of the mentioned locations.
6. Action Taken So Far:
- Contacted one of Indigo staff who provided a contact number 8879992371 to call and report the incident. On calling the person informed that on Sunday Lost-Found counters on P4 remain closed and asked to file a request online.

7. Request for Assistance:
