Hello,
My name is Srimanta Alexandre Diederichs. Yesterday, the 16th of October, I was travelling from Paris-Frankfurt-Mumbai-Jaipur.
Booking reference: PIF843

My initial flight was supposed to be Paris-Mumbai (AF0218) – Jaipur. My luggage was checked in for this flight, loaded on the plane, however, the flight was overbooked and they said they will unload and send it with the flight through Frankfurt. Maybe they haven’t and it arrived with this flight.
Upon arrival at Mumbai, the first entry point to India, I wanted to clear the luggage through customs control, before continuation to Jaipur, and the luggage did not arrive.
I have filed the claim and the stuff at the Mumbai International airport confirmed they will e-mail me the reference number of the lost luggage case to my wife’s email valerija.keleva@gmail.com, which has never happened.
I would highly appreciate your help in resolving the case. I am attaching the picture of the lost luggage as well. Thank you for your understanding.
