My mother in law was supposed to travel via Air France from Toronto to Mumbai on October 1 2024. But due to some issue their flight got cancelled after checkin. She then flew by some other flight on October 2, 2025. All their luggage was sent back but one luggage did not get received at their end. After almost 5 months of chasing for luggage, we have been informed by Air France that the luggage might in lost and found section of Mumbai Airport. I am attaching the photo of bag and Air tag too.
