Hello, 
 
Me and my partner travelled on the BA 139 on 12th August from LHR-BOM with British Airways 
 
Names: Kelly MacCallum and James Warman.
 
Luggage tag numbers: BA164498/BA164523
 
Suitcase 1: Black, soft shell, rectangle suitcase, name tag James Warman
 
Suitcase 2: Dark grey, soft shell, rectangle suitcase, brand/make: Antler
 
We then connected on the Vistara UK105 BOM-SIN but the connection was short and our suitcases didn’t arrive.
 
We went to the luggage desk in Singapore and they raised a property irregularity report. Reference number: SINUK12407.
 
We were advised they would send our bags to Singapore and then onto our final destination in Bali.
 
We have raised another property irregularity report in Denpasar Airport. File reference number: DPSJQ28782.
 
We would just like to trace where our bags currently are, if they are still in Mumbai airport, and when they will be sent to Singapore and then onto our temporary address in Bali.

We will be staying in this accommodation until 16th August and then moving to another accommodation after which we can update the details if the luggage hasn’t been sent.
