- I boarded the plane (6th July 2024, 9:45 am) from Mumbai on flight Vistara UK551 and landed at Trivandrum airport.
I waited for my luggage but couldn’t find it.
When I raised the issue with the supervisor, she informed me that the luggage was not loaded onto the plane due to mechanical issues with the belt.
He took down all the necessary information from me and assured me that my luggage would be on the next flight or as soon as possible.
By 7th July 2024 at the latest, the luggage will be delivered to my home address. He also provided me with a contact number, 04712500012, for updates.
I have attempted to call them over 25 times but no one has answered.
Please kindly update me on the status of the luggage and deliver it as soon as possible.
