A Osprey 70l fair view women’s black backpack, with a blue back and a small silver lock attached to it. It also has a luggage tag saying ‘happy flight’ on it and has my name and contact number on this tag. I have an air tag attached to this backpack that states it is still in Mumbai. This was a connecting flight which went from Zanzibar-Nairobi-Mumbai and the final destination was Bangkok. We have been in Bangkok for three days now and have had no help at all from the airport or any clue as to how long this will take to arrive. We are travelling for six months and need documents and items that are in there.
