Dear Airport Authority’s or Customer Service Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an incident that occurred during Mr Bikram Singh Chadha’s recent visit to the Loyalty Lounge at Mumbai International Airport while travelling to Newyork.
On 01st October 2024 @ approx 2250hrs Mr Bikram Singh Chadha discovered that his cabin bag was stolen while he was in the lounge. The bag (Samsonite stroller Dark brown Colour), and it contained valuable personal items, including cash USD 1400, costly clothes & shoes.
I have attached a passport & Boarding Pass of Mr Bikram Singh Chadha, a CCTV footage of the thief in action (he’s wearing a pink shirt and a blue denim jean), he has boarded the flight TG318 on 01st Oct 2024 from FLB 75 – V12 boarding gate at approx 2301 hrs which left for Bangkok.
This footage has been provided by the LOYALTY LOUNGE ( Run by Oberoi hotel group, viz. East India Hotels) from their CCTV.
I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and recovering Mr Bikram Singh Chadha’s belongings.
