I hope this email finds you well. My name is Chandravadan Jayswal, and I am writing to report an unfortunate incident that occurred during my recent travel with Indigo Airlines.
I traveled on 24 Dec 2023 from Mumbai to Doha, which was a connecting flight to Atlanta with Qatar Airlines. During the check-in process in Mumbai, I was required to check in my cabin trolley bags along with other luggage. Upon reaching Atlanta, I discovered that my gold ring and diamond nose ring were missing from one of the checked-in trolley bags.
I had reported this to Indigo Airlines and they have asked me to contact Lost and Found department of Mumbai Airport.
