Dear Mumbai Airport Customer Service,
I am writing to seek assistance regarding a lost item during my recent travel through Mumbai Airport. My name is Akshay Shrishrimal, and I had a flight with Vistara Airlines from Mumbai to Frankfurt, Germany, on 23rd March 2024 at 1:00 PM.
During the security check at around 12:00 PM, I placed all my belongings, including my black Ferragamo belt, in a tray as requested. However, upon boarding the flight, I noticed that my belt was missing. I distinctly remember placing it with my jacket in the tray before passing through security.
As my belt holds significant sentimental value and importance to me, I believe it may have been misplaced or taken during the security check process. I kindly request your guidance on how to proceed with this matter and if there are any specific steps or information required from my end to assist in locating my lost belt.
