I am Star gold member for more than 10 years ( United 1K ) travelled from Mumbai to Singapore on Jan 2nd SQ 421 and the staff was very good esp
Paul /Ajil/Sham/Nadiah and fadzly .
One issue , just when I boarded the flight I realized left my cushion seat ( grey color ) at Isha Sovenior shop and noticed the head bursar and Singapore flight staff right away , they said that there was not enough time for me to get it but Singapore ground staff will get it and notify the crew , on reaching tried calling lost and found, no one picked , please give my grey cushion seat to SINGAPORE Airlines so they can deliver it to my US address
Houston Texas 77005 USA ( I have fractured spine tip and need that cushion ) the grey cushion left in “ isha store” after immigration at Mumbai international terminal Jan 2nd

SQ flight 421 , I left a great color cushion at isha store at the Mumbai international terminal located after immigration , I have fractured spine and really need that cushion , can that cushion be sent to Singapore airlines for transfer to my home address in houston Texas 3009 Cason St. Houston Texas 77005 USA
