After landing at Mumbai Domestic airport proceeded to Mumbai International airport to board the Air India Flight AI310.I was assisted by Wheelchair Person.
In security check, they wanted to check my cabin baggage as they saw very small batteries of my Hearing aid machine in the pouch and some artificial jewellery in another pouch. They opened the bag and took out all its contents to check anything else is in the bag. they repacked the handbag after finding NO suspicious item.
Whilst repacking, they missed out my synthetic material-navy blue color zipper pouched folder which had important documents – Aadhar cards of Mrs. Daksha Yogesh Bhatt, Mr. Yogesh Chunilal Bhatt, ICICI banks cheque books, physical share certificates (205+20 shares) of ICICI banks and copies of property documents.
I reached home at Melbourne on 15th March 2024 Friday after 8.00pm, while unpacking my bags on 16th March 2024 Saturday in the afternoon it was found that this navy blue zipper pouched folder was missing from my cabin baggage which had my personal important documents.
I request you to please investigate and find out the navy blue color zipper pouched folder and items in the folder as mentioned above.
