On Friday, November 22 AM, I was in a hurry to catch the domestic flight from Bengaluru to Chennai, after traveling internationally Salt Lake City to London Heathrow to Bengaluru (by Delta and Virgin Atlantic).
I had my passport and OCI along with some small electronic items (plug/sockets etc.) in a small bag/pouch that I could wear around my shoulder. After disembarkation, I was rushing through security. I may have left it by mistake either at Security (most likely) or the Air India counter.
