I’m writing to register a complaint for my lost wallet.
I last remember keeping it at the payment counter of a chocolate shop at Ospree Duty free at Terminal 2 airport.
This happened while I was enquiring regarding a Vodafone voucher’s validity. I had presented my passport and Boarding pass to the person at payment counter to make a purchase but he told me my voucher was invalid and I did not make the purchase. This chocolate shop is very close to luggage belts 8 & 9. This is where I last saw my wallet.
