I lost some warm clothes
while catching United Airlines operated by Air Canada UA8051 from Mumbai to London flight Date was Dec 22 about 4:25am
I think I have forgot it at security check (in grey tray) these items:
1) A beige thin wool shawl with brown stripe running down the edges.
-a rough measurement of Shawl is about 6ft by 2ft
2) knitted wool scarf – dark blue with some designing
3) a solid purple baseball cap
4) a knitted black color wool cap
The story is there was a rush:
– Air Canada made a courtesy change and allowed a 2nd checked bag since there was a full plane. My carry-on had a mobile power bank which was allowed for carry-on buttnot checked bag. So I searched for it but couldn’t find.
As I was being checked in for flight they informed the desk about a power bank so I and Air Canada agent rushed to.security check where they asked me to remove all my warm clothes (shawl and caps and all) then we had to go to another floor (maybe downstairs) to checked bad x-ray agent where I may have left the warm clothes as I was helping the agent locate the power bank.
To locate the 2nd security check I still have a serial number of checked carry on incident: 15331020( but pls note this SN was NOT the items in question – the missing warm clothes, you can use the SN to locate which security check since there was 2 security check locations) where I amy have left the warm clothes
I have uploaded an example of how the Shawl looked like – it is just an example as mine did not have the flowery design in the corners
