We booked ac cool cab but ac was not working

Vehicle reg no. MH02BQ2562 Cool cab Cashier mansi kondvilkar charged for AC taxi but the vehicle alloted to us had faulty AC to add to our discomfort. We want refund of the charges levied on us.
