Can confidently say had the worst experience of my life with this airport! The amount of unnecessary stop points we went through and just the sheer lack of cognition demonstrated by the ground staff was astounding to say the least.
Items missing from luggage

Lost jumper / sweater
Not really a complaint but I lost my purple jumper / sweater somewhere between the Business Class Lounge and the gate when I boarded flight BA0198 at around 12:30 on Thursday 6th April. I was wondering if it had been
