Airline mishandling,airport staff incompetence, pathetic behaviour,won’t take responsibility for mistakes

My final destination was Kozhikode airport, for which I need to get at the banglore airport for layover..as my flight from ahemdabad was delayed, the flight from Bangalore left without me…for compensation the indigo staff gave me and alternative flight..but the earliest flight was next morning…I wanted to go to the medical for some medicine..I took help of the staff(indigo) the escorted me to the medical…and they told me that I can get in after buying the medicine…but they didn’t let me in and had to wait outside for whole night…no one took responsibility for their actions..shameful behaviour…lack of commonsense… airport staff misbehave ..I am sure if this was any politician or higher authority..the reaction would have been different..
