Shree Sai prepaid Cab service at T2 arrival charges 90 rs per km and their cans are not in good condition…we took their swift dzire for Rs.1500 for a distance of 16.2 kms. the AC in the cab was also not working. Many people have written negative reviews in google reviews regarding their bad cars. When i complained there is no response. Kindly ban their service.

I had very bad experience on 25-9-24 with Shree Sai taxi service. Since we were in hurry, we paid double the amount Rs 2500 to immediately get the vehicle but as it turned out there was no vehicle available. I was offered the vehicle after waiting for 90 minutes. This car service should be black listed and banned.
We booked 2 Ertiga for 1200 each and was asked to go to P4 parking from Shree sai cabs. As we need a quick services therefore we opted for this local taxi service.
But it was a big hassle, we were asked to go to P7 again which was not possible for us with that heavy luggage. We kept on waiting and aking to get the taxes at this parking P4. We were 9 ladies.
It’s so misleading and inconvenient for us. As Shree sai cab did not supported so, We finally booked ola and asked for refund. Inspite of providing the compensation , we were partially refunded and we lost RS 400. We paid Total 2400 for Two XL taxes and were refunded only 2000, with an excuse that its a GST charge.
What sort of GST charge is that when services are not provided. This is disgusting. We were in hurry and we left with that 2000. Its cheating to customers.
