For my flight at 1.45 am..i was to travel with my 2 year old and 2 senior citizen parents. When i requested buggy service post security check completion, on two separate instances, the staff (male & female) seated in the buggy denied service both times. My parents had to walk to the gates with bags (this was the last gate).
Would have expected better service in mumbai airport.
