I had a flight on the 20th of July at 8 am as the check-in starts early have reached the airport early on the 19th, the flight got canceled and transferred to Turkish airlines for the 21st of July but the TK denied my boarding that as they cannot find any information. I am stuck here on the 21st, upon continual chase I found that there was no staff both the airlines and I had to stay until they arrive for their shift. No proper rest, no sleep, and no one does really feel responsible even after requests. a continual stay in the airport is killing me, got broken down medically. After checking with LOT that said TK did not leave any feedback for boarding denial and we cannot help it, and said the deal with it.

Is this the way to treat an international frequent traveler? I am making this incident public by hashtagging. this has to be known to the world.

I request accommodation and food coupons.
