My mother in law Dorothy Pal, age 63 was traveling earlier today alone (PNR – G79YQA). She was booked under wheelchair assistance which she had difficulty finding. At the check-in counter, she found wheelchair assistance briefly but then her check-in bags containing house keys and medicines were lost at the airport. She tried to get help from the airline staff during boarding who were unhelpful and didn’t help her find the bags. She finally boarded the flight but without her bags. Need a solution to connect them to Kolkata airport.
