Dear Team,
Fixed charge with minimum of Rs 160 are collected from the vehicles coming at arrivals to pick up. Even if the car is not parked and comes only for pick up the traveller, fixed amount is charged and collected from all the commuter. This is not the facility you expect from one of the world class airports.
Suggestions –
1. To have separate queue for only pick up at arrivals and parking
2. Applicable charges to be collected only if they vehicle has taken more than 30-35 mins from entry gate to exit gate. Keeping window time high, after considering traffics in peak time.

Private car pickup from T2 mumbai airport should be free for at least 30 minutes, fine taken by departure area by Mr ADANI from private cars is totally gundagardi if the private vehicles is not stopping for even 1 minute only…. GUNDARAJ, DAQAITI from aam public….
निजी वाहनों का सुल्क 30 min फ्री की आपकी बात से सहमत हूं लेकिन क्या आप मुझे ये बता सकते हैं की यह पार्किंग अडानी के पास कब गया है वर्ष 2016 में GVK कम्पनी द्वारा यह पार्किंग सिस्टम लागू किया गया था जो आज तक लागू है उस वक्त आपने आवाज क्यों नहीं उठाई आपको तो बस सब चोर ही लगेंगे
Adani is seriously making lot of money even for picking up someone. It’s absolutely unfair. ₹270 for just pick up of 30secs to 2mins. Even for airport staff there is no exception. What is this way of making money. All airport across India and the world have free pick up.

I don’t know why there has to be a charge only for pick up not that I am parking there it’s a total rip off and no on seems to be anything about this.How and where do we take this up . Day light robbery
No facility for pick up in T2 terminal and Charging 270 rs is looting public by Mr. Adani. Pls stop this
