Respected Sir/Ma’am,
This is Alka Vaishnav i want to complain against I have to complain about Mumbai airport staff, I have a friend who flew to India from United Kingdom on 25 March 2024 and after reaching Mumbai on 26 March 2024 at 8:30 AM, he was stopped there by the airport staff. Went to get the documents checked. After that they were told that the currency you have with you is too much so pay for the change which was done by me in Indian Rupee. The total amount of which has reached Rs 1,55,500 has been deposited in separate accounts in the form of Rs 17500, 38000, 55500 and 44500, details of which are close to me, even after paying so much money, staff did not give the guest his honour, documents and money. They are demanding more money from us and harassing us and they are not being given correct information from the staff which is troubling my guest mentally and physically. It’s been 21 days now and you are worrying about my guest so I request you to tell me again, understand the problem and show me that you can do the right thing and do justice to me and my guest.
