At the counter she is telling me u just have 5 mins . We will close the counter after that.. they don’t even bother to announce 15 mins prior to closure for customers standing in queue for a flight for which the doors are to going to be closed.. n look here.. when i reach in the flight it is delayed by half an hour . Seriously.. U r not willing to co-operate for 5-10 mins here n there.. we have to pay penalties by delayed flight, excess baggae etc.. n u as a airline have the privilege to make us reach late without paying any penalty.. when we have less baggage do u pay us back for less baggage ? No . Then why harass/torture us for 3-4 kgs here n there n 5- 10 mins here n there. Domestic airport indigo services are really worst n not worth using.. my sister missed a flight the other day for 5 mins delay.. she was told to book another by paying difference when the flight was actually delayed.
