I was to take a flight from Mumbai – Aurangabad on 2nd Feb 2023 at 5:35 am, for which I had reached the airport before 4 am. I had to drop my check in baggage at the M Belt at T2, where there are multiple Indigo Airlines counter but only 2 counters were operational, where both domestic as well as international passengers were dropping there luggages. There was a line of over 30 passengers and only 2 counters were operating, leading to gross mismanagement. Even after repeatedly telling the staff members about letting me drop my luggage as it was getting late, no one heard my plight. And when finally my turn came to drop my check in baggage, the woman at the counter declared that I was late by 5 minutes and that I cannot board the flight now. Even after repeated requests, she didn’t do anything and asked me to move away. I had an important exam today, so I had to book another flight at a very expensive rate, and as a student it was extremely difficult for me to do so monetarily. The Indigo staff was outrageous and weren’t listening to me even after multiple requests and I was made to go through this turmoil only because of the mismanagement on the airlines end. I request you to look into this matter and compensate me for the unprofessional and rude behaviour by the Indigo airlines which mentally exhausted me.
