The airport has been designed well and it’s good to see the improvements when I come through every year.
The area that has NOT changed are the toilets. How hard is it to keep them smelling clean and fresh? Every other country in the world has airport toilets that don’t smell of urine. You have staff that keep the place clean but the cleaners and equipment used plus airflow don’t work. The toilets stink like a public Mumbai lavatory and it makes India look incompetent. It’s like a 3rd world country, even in a fancy airport.
Fix this problem and do REGULAR inspections to make sure the bathrooms SMELL clean as well as look clean!
