This complain is regarding the behaviour of Ground staff (Kavita Rane ) and the duty officer ( Soniyadav)
They were arguing unnecessary for the luggage weight even when I had paid extra in advance for the same
Adding to all these , they forced us to open our luggage and reshuffle them to adjust weight
They were also lagging knowledge on how to checkin the passenger and regarding weight limits .
Issues with the luggage and ill informed ground staff
