Greetings Sir,
I hope this email finds you well. My name is Mohammed Shikari, and I am writing to report a missing iPhone during my family recent flight from Bangalore to Mumbai.

• Airline: Air India Express
• Flight Number: IX2903
• Departure Date: 28 Dec 2023
• Departure Airport: Bangalore
• Arrival Airport: Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai
Unfortunately, my daughter and family realized that my daughter iPhone was missing upon arrival in Mumbai. We believe it may have been left either on the airplane in front of the seat pocket or airport premises.

• Model: IPhone 11 Pro
• Color: Max green
• Case: Black color
• Lock Screen: Passcode
I have already retraced my steps within the airport, contacted lost and found, and used the “Find My iPhone” feature with no success. I am reaching out to seek your assistance in locating and retrieving my lost device.
I kindly request you to:
1. Check with the cleaning and maintenance staff who may have found the iPhone on the airplane.
2. Coordinate with the lost and found department at both Bangalore and Mumbai airports to locate the device.
3. If possible, review any security footage during the boarding or disembarkation process.
I understand that you may have a process in place for lost items, and I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. The iPhone contains valuable personal and professional information, and I am eager to recover it.
