Myself Mrs Pallavi Supe, I flew with Vietjet Airlines on 19th August 2023 from Bali to Mumbai PNR K7XMDA through flight VJ 883 and VJ 848.
My luggage was checked in at Ngurah Rai International (Bali DPS) Aiport. Upon arrival I found out that my luggage was damaged/ broken zipper and wheel.
In reference to the loss, a Property Irregularity
Report (PIR) was made.
I am attaching PIR report, damaged bag photo and boarding pass for reference.
