I flew from ccj to bom on 20th of September. Reached to terminal 1 and i gave my luggage to the cloak room inside the airport named manque global airport service. I choose the option to store my luggage for 12hrs and to transfer the baggage to terminal 2 where i have my second flight to dubai them to toronto. The guy there provided me a phone number to call to collect the luggage. My second flight was emirates at 10:22. I went outside of terminal 2 and started calling to the number they provided no one answered and i tried all their contacts numbers including the numbers on the reciept they provided but i didn’t get any response. I couldn’t find where to get my luggage and i went back to terminal 1 to check but they didn’t allow me to enter terminal 1. By that time somwhow i tried calling them on whatsapp and after several tries they answered. They said my baggage is in t2 i rushed to t2 and when i get back there it was 9:20 because of the traffic. I recieved my baggage and tried to check in my bag but the check in was closed the guy who gave me the luggage disappeared. If not I could hve got the flight and the luggage could be transferred by someone. Since i couldn’t leave my luggage alone i missed my flight. The company said its their fault and they cant pay me for the next flight i was frustrated. I was going to canada and i took loan to get the ticket for myself. Later when i called my flight Emirates they provided me a ticket for 50k extra but it was on 24th of September. Simce I couldn’t afford to stay in mumbai for 4 days i found a hotel for 1 day which cost me 2000rs and a flight back to my home for 8000rs. I almost lost 60,000 inr for the mistake done by the cloak room employees. When i talked with the person there she told me she can give 25,000inr and she sent me the money but later she said it is from her own pocket im ready to sent them back. I accepted that money because i didn’t have any money to book the ticket. Please help me to find a solution for my case. I am also attaching the bill and the screenshots of the calls i made to the company
- Vending machine took money but did not dispense the item
- my baggage was damaged by singapore airlines and they are not replacing my damaged bag , they are just giving me a compensation of 3500 rs , they are telling me to pay out of pocket to replace my bag
