No one at counter 6 digiyatra gate – resulting in confusion

On 20th April 2026 around 2.10 pm I and my family of 6 (two of them needed wheel chair access due to medical condition and age) had come to counter number 6 of digiyatra. Since this is the first time we all were travelling using digiyatra – my face was unknowingly captured when it was supposed to capture my fathers face. this resulted in me locking out. the same issue happened with my minor child. causing a lot of confusion. the cisf security who was present a distance away came for assistance and suggested that we lodge a complaint and asked me to go to another counter – 5 to checkin – since he himself was not able to assist with digiyatra. i also think digiyatra needs modifications to when it first checks in the person – it should have a confirmatory button or tap, before the face scan starts – which could have avoided all this confusion.
