Dear,

I am writing to report extremely unacceptable behavior by the wheelchair assistance staff at Mumbai International Airport on 19 April for Flynas flight.

Despite having pre‑booked wheelchair assistance, the staff insisted that my elderly mother walk and behaved in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner.

This is a serious concern. I request immediate action to ensure such misconduct is not repeated, especially towards senior citizens who rely on this essential service.
